At Fitness For Life FFL, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
